Hello! Here I have one bedroom available in my two bedroom apartment at Euclid Square (thanks to my old roommate for dropping out right before I moved in), basically looking for someone to sign the other half of my lease for the 18-19 school year so I don’t have to move again this year! Also lowkey have never had a roommate here to share the benefits with, i.e. the large front balcony (pictured) and not having to hand-wash dishes. The room available is the 10×13′, has two windows overlooking a nice brick house, as well as a rather spacious closet that I couldn’t really capture in the photo :/ My apartment is fully furnished with my own (other than the extra room of course), so you wouldn’t have to bring or buy anything extra! The building has a secured entryway and therefore secured mailboxes just inside the door (only 5 other apartments in my specific building so isn’t too crazy here)! I’m not sure really on the availability currently of off-street parking, but I don’t usually have much trouble finding a street spot near the building (there are a couple lots available because this is an Uptown property but spots fill quickly). This apartment is just behind short vine, only two blocks away from UC campus, shuttle stop is VERY close (east route), couple blocks away from Kroger as well, and is an Uptown property so has fast response maintenance. Rent per person generally comes out to be around 600 per month, electricity usage being the only thing that fluctuates that because I have the super basic internet package with Cincinnati Bell for 40/month.
