Paying Rent

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of 10% of the balance will be assessed on the 4th day of each month. Rent can be paid with any of the following payment options:
  • Check – Rent checks for your building should be made payable to: TRP, LLC
  • Electronic Check – One-time payments or automatic monthly payments
  • Debit or Credit Card – Visa or MasterCard
  • Online or in the office (3% convenience fee added)
  • Money Order



In case of a lockout, please call the office. Our 24 hour maintenance team can let you back in.
  • There is a $50 charge during regular office hours
  • There is a $100 charge after hours or on weekends
  • Replacement keys can be picked up at the office during our business hours for $5 per set


Recycling & Trash

Trashcans and recycling bins are located in the carports on both ends of the building.
  • All garbage is to be bagged & placed inside the containers.


Mail & Packages

Please call the US Postal Service for any mail related questions: 1-800-ASK-USPS
  • The USPS requires all resident’s names to be on their mailbox in order to receive mail
  • UPS/FedEx/Other delivery companies can deliver packages to the office. Your name MUST be on the package.


Pet Policy

Your building permits cats and small dogs.
  • Please contact the office before bringing a pet home
  • Monthly fees will apply for authorized pets


Fuse Boxes & Circuit Breakers

The fuse box is located in your kitchen, living room, or closet depending on your floor plan. A main panel is in the back hallway.
  • If a breaker blows, locate your fuse box and flip the switch that is facing the opposite direction
  • If you are unsure, please contact the office



Storage lockers are located in the basement
  • Please use the locker that corresponds with your apartment number. If it is not available, contact the office.
  • You must provide your own lock and label the locker with your name.
